Bonito with Ginger

Bonito in ginger with fish flakes and scallions. Use leftover sashimi or cheap bonito!


Bonito flakes
★ Grated ginger
1 tablespoon
★ Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
★ Sake
2 tablespoons
Bonito flakes
1 pack
To taste
Vegetable oil
as needed


1. Pat dry the fish with paper towels and cut into 1cm pieces.
2. Mix the ★ ingredient and soak the fish in the mixture for 15-20 minutes.
3. Heat a pan with oil and fry the fish on both sides. When it's cooked through, sprinkle scallions and bonito flakes on top and enjoy!
