Easy Spring Rolls with Nori Tsukudani and Okara

Nori tsukudani is one of those condiments that's hard to use up. With these easy spring rolls, you can use up your tsukudani whenever you want.

Ingredients: 12 small spring rolls

Spring roll wrappers (store-bought)
3
Fresh okara
70-80 g
Nori seaweed tsukudani
as much as you like
Melting cheese
as much as you like

Steps

1. Cut the spring roll wrappers into fourths.
2. Place the okara, nori tsukudani, and cheese on the wrapper and roll it up. That's all!
3. You can either deep-fry these spring rolls or shallow-fry them.
4. They're good as a snack or in bentos since they're bite-sized.
