Fluffy Angel Yogurt Mousse

This is a nice cool dessert in the summer that is super easy to make. It's a dreamy, comforting treat that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Plain yogurt
250 g
Sugar
50 g
Heavy cream
100 ml
Vanilla extract
5-6 drops
Gelatin powder
5 g
Water
2 tablespoons
Your favorite jam
To taste

Steps

1. Soak the gelatin in water. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to dissolve.
2. Combine yogurt and sugar. Add 5 to 6 drops of vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Whisk the cream until it thickens. Add to the bowl in step 2. Then mix in the dissolved gelatin.
4. Pour into individual cups and refrigerate until firm. Top with your favorite jam and serve.
