Cured Ham, Mozzarella and Caper Bruschetta

A stylish appetizer with mozzarella, tomato, and ham.

Ingredients: 18 pieces

Mozzarella
100g
Cured ham
18 slices (small)
Tomato
3 medium sized
Fresh Basil
18 leaves
Capers
18 pieces
Baguette
1
Fresh parsley
1 sprig

Steps

1. Brush each slice of the baguette with your favorite oil (olive oil or margarine) and toast.
2. Cut the mozzarella into pieces about the length of your pinky and wrap each piece with a slice of ham. Brushing on a little oil will add shine.
3. On each slice of baguette, layer a slice of tomato, a basil leaf, and the mozzarella wrapped in ham. Top with capers and parsley.
