Cut the avocado lengthwise in half and remove the pit.

Someone gave me a ton of avocados, so I came up with this recipe.
When using only half an avocado, the cut surface of the other half will discolor over time. When storing half an avocado, brush on lemon juice to prevent discoloration. This recipe is generously seasoned. If you prefer a milder taste, either reduce the amount of soy sauce or increase the amount of tofu.
