Sake
1 tablespoon
Kombu tea
about 1/3 teaspoon

Steps

1. Place the chicken tenders on a microwave safe plate. Sprinkle salted kelp powder and sake on top and wrap with plastic wrap.
2. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes. Flip over and microwave for another 2 minutes.
3. When cool enough, shred with your hands, and it's finished.
4. Great in chilled Chinese dishes as well as a topping for salad udon.
