Store-bought ra-yu
1 bottle (45 g)
White sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
1/2 - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 - 1 teaspoon
Ichimi spice
to taste
Fried onion
to taste
Fried garlic (smashed)
to taste


1. All you have to do is put all of the ingredients into a storage jar and mix together.
2. 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and gochujang will yield 90 g of ra-yu. For those who like a spicier taste, 1 teaspoon is fine.
