My Favorite Way to Eat Avocado: Japanese-style with Umeboshi Pickled Plums

This is healthy and light because there is no need to use mayonnaise or oil! Avocados make you beautiful, so ladies should eat them more often.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Avocado

Umeboshi (large)
1
Canned nametake mushrooms
1 tablespoon plus
Shio-kombu
1 pinch
Sesame seeds
As needed

Steps

1. Peal off the skin of the avocado and cut it into bite size. Take out the seed from the umeboshi and lightly mash with a knife.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. That's it!
3. All the ingredients like avocado, kombu, sesame seeds, nametake mushrooms are good for your health and are delicious.
