Potato Salad For Adults

A light tasting, spicy potato salad with less mayonnaise than usual.
How about serving this as an appetizer with drinks at home?

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

2 (200 g)
Black olives (pitted)
5 to 6
Finely chopped onion
30 to 40 g
1 slice
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
Sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon
Fresh parsley (or dried)
To taste
To taste
Krazy Salt (seasoned salt mix) or salt and pepper
To taste
Garlic powder
To taste
Black pepper
To taste


1. Peel the potatoes. Slice 1 cm thick, rinse in water, and dry well.
2. Put the potato slices in a plastic bag so that they don't overlap. Microwave for 4 minutes at 600w. Transfer to a bowl while still hot, and mash.
3. Finely chop the bacon, wrap in paper towels and microwave for 15 to 20 seconds at 600w to cook and remove the fat. Finely chop the black olives.
4. Finely chop the parsley and onion. Put everything in a bowl and mix together.
5. I formed the mixture into balls in the top photo, but you can also just serve it on a plate.
