Chilled Creamy Pasta with Soy Milk

This is great for summer! The flavor of garlic and soy milk is delightful.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Spaghetti (Capellini if possible)
100 g
2 leaves
Cherry tomatoes
Boiled clams
Soy milk
100 ml
Somen noodle sauce (diluted 3x the volume)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Grated garlic
to taste
Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water for the time specified on the packet.
2. Shred the lettuce, rub it with salt, and squeeze out the moisture. Chop the tomatoes and clams into bite-sized pieces.
3. Mix the soy milk, somen noodle sauce and garlic.
4. When the spaghetti has boiled, run it under cold water to chill, then dry it with a paper towel.
5. Mix the ingredients from Step 2 and the spaghetti into the sauce from Step 3, and season with salt and pepper.
