Rice Bowl with Chicken Breast and Bell Peppers Stir-Fried in Oyster Sauce

I used peppers and very inexpensive chicken breast meat that's often on sale at the supermarket. This is an easy and very yummy rice bowl.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast
1
Bell peppers
2
Red bell pepper
2
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 a packet
Katakuriko
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste
☆Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons
☆Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
Sake
2 teaspoons
Mayonnaise
to taste
Sesame oil
3 tablespoons

Steps

1. <Preparation> Cut the green and red peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken, and coat with katakuriko.
3. Heat a frying pan with the sesame oil and stir-fry the chicken.
4. When cooked through, add the sake. Lid and steam-fry over medium heat for 1.5 minutes.
5. Add the bell peppers and shimeji mushrooms, then continue stir-frying.
6. Once cooked through, add the ☆ ingredients and continue stir-frying. Season with salt and pepper to your liking!
7. Serve on freshly cooked rice, squeeze out mayonnaise on top, and you're done.
