Easy Carrot Donuts (low-allergen)

These are so chewy!! Even kids who dislike carrots will be able to eat these with no problem. They're also good for people with allergies.

Ingredients: 14 balls

Carrot (grated)
1/2 (30 g)
35 g
Tofu (no need to drain the water)
40-50 g
25 g
20 g


1. Grate the carrot and add all the ingredients into a bowl. Mix together. Form into any shape and fry in oil. If it's hard to shape, let sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Pay attention to the state of the tofu before adding it in. The oil will spit and sputter so be careful. It's also yummy if you omit the sugar and pour on maple syrup.
