A refreshing black tea jelly. The wobbly-jelly texture is delicious!
This is a favorite in our house during the summer, although we don't drink a lot of black tea.
In Step 1, the amount of gelatin makes a very soft set jelly, so add more to taste. In Step 2, be sure to brew a strong tea (I used3 g of tea leaves this time), and let it steep properly.
