Cheesy Chicken Tender Katsu

This is a great recipe using chicken tenders, which are cheap and healthy. The melted cheese is so delicious.

Ingredients: Serves 3

Chicken tenders
Easy melting cheese
1 piece
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Cake flour
as needed
Beaten egg
as needed
as needed


1. Remove the white sinews from the chicken tenders. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and then cut them open. Place the cheese on top.
2. Close the chicken over the cheese and lightly press on the edges with your finger.
3. Coat the chicken with the flour, beaten egg, and panko (in that order).
4. Deep fry in vegetable oil heated to 180℃. When the chicken turns a golden brown color, it's done.
