Carrot Dressing

I recreated a light carrot dressing that I once had at a restaurant. It's perfect dressed with other vegetables. It's chunky.

Ingredients: 2 servings

● Vinegar
2 tablespoons
● Olive oil
2 teaspoons
● Salt
a pinch
● Black pepper
a pinch


1. Grate the carrot.
2. Mix the carrot from step 1 and the ● seasonings. Leave it for a day. (※See Hints)
3. Pour over the salad and it's done.
4. Variation: Add graeted daikon radish or apples.
5. Variation: Sandwich the dressing between thin slices of sweet-pickled turnips.
