Baked King Oyster Mushrooms with Parsley, Cheese, and Panko

I love the textures of king oyster mushrooms and crunchy panko bread crumbs. This dish goes really well with wine.

Ingredients

King oyster mushrooms

★Finely chopped parsley
1+ teaspoon
★Grated cheese
1/2 tablespoon
★ Panko
1/2 tablespoon
★Salt and pepper
to taste
Olive oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut each king oyster mushroom into 3 vertical strips.
2. Combine all the ★ ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
3. Place the king oyster mushrooms onto a heatproof plate, sprinkle with Step 2 mixture, and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Bake in the toaster oven until golden brown, and it's done.
