Bean Sprout & King Oyster Mushroom Lemon Stir Fry

This goes great with rich meat dishes because it's so refreshing. The lemon flavoring gives it a great flavor. It's like salad so you'll be able to eat a bunch!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Bean sprouts
1/2 bag
King oyster mushroom
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a little
Garlic powder
a small amount
Sesame seeds
If you have it


1. Slice the mushroom to be as long as the bean sprouts and then cut them in half. They should be about 3mm wide. Now wash them in water with the bean sprouts.
2. Stir fry them in olive oil and sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and garlic powder. When the oil has been evenly distributed, add in the lemon juice and fry briskly. Remove from the heat.
3. Transfer it to a serving plate and if you have them, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
