Steamed Breakfast Bread in 10 minutes

Have some soft and fluffy steamed bread for breakfast.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Cake flour
100 g
Baking powder
1 scant teaspoon
2 tablespoons
100 g


1. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Stir in the milk until thickened, then pour it into moulds.
3. Put water in a pot (to a height of the first joint of your finger). Place the steamer in the pot, and steam for 10 minutes on medium to high heat for a fluffy finish.
4. They're done when a skewer poked through the middle comes out clean.

My husband doesn't have much of an appetite in the mornings, so he struggles to eat even a slice of bread... I want him to have an energetic start, so I make this soft steamed bread for him.
