Cream Pudding with Green Tea

There is already sugar in the sweetened green tea powder, so you only need to add milk, cream, and gelatin!! An easy, authentic matcha dessert!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Green tea (powdered)
3 tablespoons
260 ml
Heavy cream
50 ml
Gelatin powder
5 g
Brown sugar syrup or molasses
As you like


1. Put the milk, cream and green tea in a small pot and heat.
2. Stir with a spatula so it doesn't become lumpy. Heat until it is about to boil, then add the gelatin powder.
3. Turn off the heat and when it has cooled, strain with a tea strainer, and pour the pudding liquid into the molds.
4. Chill in the fridge and when it has hardened, it's done! Pour brown sugar syrup on top if you like and enjoy!

I discovered green tea that was so delicious it seemed a waste to just drink it!! So I made a matcha pudding, which I love.
