Easy Kabocha Squash Croquettes

These croquettes will make you nostalgic with the natural flavor of kabocha squash.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Kabocha squash
1/4
◯ Honey
2 teaspoons
◯ Butter
2 teaspoons
◯ Salt
a pinch
Flour
as needed
Egg
1
Panko
as needed

Steps

1. Peel the kabocha squash. Remove the seeds and cut into 3 cm cubes.
2. Put kabocha squash onto a heatproof dish lined with paper towels. Microwave for 5 minutes.
3. Mash the squash while it's hot. Combine with the ◯ ingredients and mix. Coat with flour, egg, and panko in this order. Deep-fry until golden brown.
