Milky Rich Sandwich Bread Loaf

Milky Rich Sandwich Bread Loaf

This bread is soft and fluffy. Prepare slices of toast with this bread in the morning for the best breakfast! A rich bread with lots of butter.

Ingredients: makes 1 loaf

Bread (strong) flour
250 g
10 g
Condensed milk
15 g
180 g
Butter or margarine
30 g
4 g
Dry yeast
3 g

1. Add the ingredients while measuring atop a scale. Place the dry yeast in it's appropriate place and start the dough-making course.
2. If you want to leave it all to your bread maker use the quick-bake course and a lightly-toasted color.
3. Separate into two, make into round shapes, cover with wrap and let sit for 15 minutes.
4. Spread it out and remove the gas.
5. Make a three-way fold. Then stretch it out a bit.
6. Roll it up into a ball. Be sure to close it tightly. Do the same with the other one.
7. If your pan isn't non-stick type then coat with a little bit of oil. Add the dough, spray with water, and use the bread-rising function on your oven to second rise at 35℃ for 35 minutes.
8. It's okay once it's expanded to 80% of the pan. Close with a lid and bake in the preheated oven at 200℃ for 25 minutes. Open the lid and drop down to remove the bread, and place on a rack to cool.

Story Behind this Recipe

As one of my relatives loves bread I'm always making this to say thanks for helping out. The crust is also delicious. The center is white and milky rich.
