'Tarako' Cod Roe Pasta Abroad

Make delicious fish roe pasta with the "Creamed Smoked Roe" that they sell in IKEA.
The sweetness and the saltiness of the paste will be milder by adding mentsuyu and milk.

◆ Tarako Roe from IKEA
3 tablespoons (1.5 tablespoons)
◆Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)

Story Behind this Recipe

I decided to make this dish because I had really strong cravings for delicious cod roe pasta while overseas. It is my strong belief that cod roe pasta is its own art form.

Actually... I came up with this recipe because I wanted to make a mayonnaise-free version of Cod roe pasta, and I wanted to use up the mentsuyu before it expired.
