This filling dish is made with tofu, so it's healthy and perfect when dieting.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Shredded nori seaweed

★Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
30cc
★Water

Plain cooked rice

Steps

1. I used one pack of tofu from a three-pack.
2. Put the ★ ingredients into a frying pan and bring to a boil. Use a spoon to carefully add the tofu.
3. Once it boils, add the egg and cook until it's done to your liking, then turn off the heat. Serve over rice with the liquid poured on top.
4. Garnish with a generous amount of thinly cut nori strips.
