Avocado and Hijiki Seaweed Yuzu Pepper Paste Salad

Avocado

Dried hijiki seaweed
2 tablespoons
Mixed cooked beans

◎ Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
◎ Sugar

◎ Yuzu pepper paste
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Soak the hijiki seaweed in plenty of water until it has reconstituted, then rinse and drain the excess water.
2. Cut avocado in half, pit the seed, peel and cut into 1.5 cm cubes.
3. Strain the liquid from the mixed beans.
4. Combine the ◎ ingredients.
5. Combine the hijiki, avocado and mixed beans, and dress with Step 4.
