Beef with Green Peppers

You can always find "beef and green pepper stir-fry" in any diner in Okinawa. I arranged it to suit our family's taste. This will make you eat a lot of rice with it.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chopped beef
about 200 g
Green peppers
Red bell pepper
Grated garlic
1 teaspoon
◇Soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons


1. Cut the vegetables. Cut into 1 cm wide. If you are not using coarsely chopped beef, cut it into bite size.
2. Mix all ◇ ingredients in advance.
3. Pour oil in a pan and stir fry the beef. Add grated garlic and transfer the beef to a plate when it is more or less cooked.
4. Add oil to the pan from step 3 and stir fry the vegetables. When the vegetables are half cooked, add the beef from Step 3.
5. Stir fry the vegetables and meat together. Continue stir frying while drizzling the sauce from step 2. When it's mixed well, sprinkle salt and pepper.
6. Drizzle oyster sauce, mix well, then it is done.
