Miso and Garlic Flavoured Pork and Green Pepper Stir-Fry

I crushed the garlic and added it to the miso.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork
150 g
Green peppers
3
Miso sauce ingredients:
☆Garlic
2 ~ 3 cloves
☆Miso
1 1/2 tablespoons
☆Sugar
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
☆Water
3 tablespoons

Steps

1. Roughly chop the pork and the green peppers.
2. Microwave the garlic with the peel on for 1 minute at 500 W. While it's hot, peel and crush it. (Try not to burn yourself!)
3. Combine ☆ miso sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add the crushed garlic, and mix.
4. Stir-fry the pork, then the green peppers. (Sprinkle salt and pepper as required.)
5. When cooked through, pour in the miso sauce from Step 3, and continue stir-frying for 1-2 more minutes.
6. Serve onto a plate, and you're done.
