5 Minute Diced Rusks

This easy snack can be made quickly.


Sliced sandwich bread
10-20 g
1 to 2 tablespoons


1. Cut the bread into 16 pieces and place on a heat-proof dish. Microwave for 2 minutes at 730 W. Be careful not to burn yourself as you turn it over. Microwave for 1 minute until crispy.
2. Heat a frying pan and add your preferred amount of butter and sugar. Add the crispy bread and coat.
3. Once it has been browned to your preference, it's done.
4. I made these in the morning and gave them to my husband for his snack.

I love rusk biscuits but it takes so much time to make so I have been researching easier methods.
This snack can be made in under 10 minutes.
