Addictive Sake Lees Bread Sticks

Crisp and crunchy! The sake lees create a savory aroma when baking and a mild cheese taste. Though these bread sticks aren't strongly flavored, you won't get bored of the taste.

Ingredients: 25 breadsticks

Cake flour
200 g
Baking powder
5 g
White sesame seeds
30 g
5 g
20 g
90 g
Sakekasu (sake lees)
50 g
30 g


1. Put all of the ingredients in a plastic bag.
2. When the dough comes together, use a rolling pin to flatten.
3. Cut a corner off the bag and make long notches in the dough to form the bread sticks.
4. Bake in the oven at 170°C for about 12 minutes, or at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
