Blueberry Crumble Pie

You will fall in love with this after a bite!
This classic American blueberry pie is very easy to make.

Ingredients: 8 servings (1 pie)

Frozen pie crust
1 sheet
Bluberries (frozen is okay)
900 g
White sugar
1/2 cup (100 ml)
Corn starch
1/4 cup (50 ml)
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Crumble Topping
Cake flour
1 cup (200 ml)
White sugar
1/3 cup (150 ml)
Brown sugar
1/4 cup (50 ml)
Unsalted butter, chilled
120 g


1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl until the dry ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Prepare the crumble topping: Combine all of the ingredients except for the butter, and mix well. Finely cube the butter, add it to the mixture, and mix well.
3. Layer a pie pan with the frozen pie sheet, pierce with a fork, then pour in the filling. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the top.
4. Bake for 1 hour in the 180℃ oven.
