Pork and Shiso Leaves Stir-Fried with Butter and Soy Sauce

The fragrance of the shiso leaves and the flavor of the butter-soy sauce really whets your appetite. Good for bentos too. The more shiso leaves you add, the better this tastes.

Ingredients

Pork
200 g
Green shiso leaves
about 20
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Butter
a small amount
Soy sauce
to taste

Steps

1. Heat up a pan and add vegetable oil. Stir fry the pork and season lightly with salt and pepper.
2. When the pork is cooked, add a little butter for flavor, and swirl in soy sauce. Tear the shiso leaves with your hands and add them to the pan, toss quickly and it's done.

I had a ton of shiso leaves around, so I wanted to use them up!
