Soak the gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of water.
Put the yogurt into a bowl, add half of the sugar, and mix with a whisk.
Pour heavy cream into a separate bowl, add the remaining sugar, and whip until it forms soft peaks.
Pour Step 3 into Step 2, and mix well.
Microwave the Step 1 gelatin for 20 seconds at 500 W. When it's dissolved, add to Step 4, and mix well.
Pour into molds, and chill in the fridge to harden.
When it's hardened, garnish with your favourite jam or fruit, and it's done.
I put strawberry jam on top.

I created this recipe because it's starting to get hot and I wanted to eat refreshing, but richly-flavoured chilled desserts.
This recipe only requires mixing, chilling and hardening, so there are no special tips. You can enjoy it as is. You can also eat it with your favourite fruit, jam, or fruit sauce on top if you like. For those people who like tart, refreshing flavors, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice after Step 4. (Make sure to mix well after adding it in.)
