Hokkori Cafe Turnip Potage Soup

Bland turnips are transformed into a rich soup!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Turnip
2 large
Onion
1 (small)
Soup stock cube
1 tablespoon
Water
300 ml
Milk
100 ml
Butter
10 g

Steps

1. Chop the turnips into suitable sizes. Mince the onion.
2. Fry the turnip and onion in butter. When the turnip has softened, add water and soup stock, and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Put in a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Return to the pan, add 100 ml of milk and simmer to finish.
