Sweet Smelling Green Tea Fluffy Bread Rolls

Sweet Smelling Green Tea Fluffy Bread Rolls

These green tea bread rolls are so fluffy and milky.
I recommend this recipe for beginner bread makers because it's so simple.

Ingredients: 5 small bread rolls (doubled)

Bread (strong) flour
120 g (220 g)
a pinch (a pinch)
Skim milk powder
1 tablespoon = 7 g (2 tablespoons)
Green tea leaves (finely grated in a mill etc.)
1/2 tablespoon = 3 g (1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon = 10 g (2 tablespoons)
1/2 tablespoon = 5 g (1 tablespoon)
Instant dry yeast
1 teaspoon = 3 g (1.5 teaspoons)
70 ml (130 ml)

1. Place the bowl you will be using on the scale. Measure in all of the ingredients in order from the top.
2. Knead well for at least 15 minutes and gather it into one lump. It should not stick to your hands and should be easy to work with.
3. Once it is neatly gathered together, cover with a damp cloth and let it sit for 45 minutes to complete the first rising.
4. After 45 minutes, it will have risen to this size, about double the original.
5. Separate into 5 pieces and form them into balls. 1 ball is about 40 g.
6. Cover Step 5 with a damp cloth and let sit for 20 minutes to complete the second rising. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
7. After 20 minutes, they should have risen about 1.5x larger than the original size.
8. In the 180°C oven, bake for 12 minutes and then they are done!
9. The photos for the steps use half the amount of ingredients.
