Healthy Salad with Jojoen-Style Dressing

Jojoen is a famous Korean barbecue chain in Japan. Their dressing sold is pretty expensively...and oily too. I made mine less oily and a lot healthier.

Ingredients: 2 servings

For the dressing:
Sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
Ground sesame seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons
Grated garlic
1 cm in tube
Umami seasoning
1/2 teaspoon
a pinch
For the salad:
Vegetables of your choice
As much as you like


1. Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the washed and dried vegetables into the bowl and mix. Put it in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes to let the vegetables absorb the flavor.
3. Remove any excess moisture from the vegetables and serve to a plate.
