Wasabi Olive Oil Dressing

Wasabi and olive oil go surprisingly well together. It's an all purpose dressing that's not too spicy, so it's fine for kids too!

Ingredients: 1/2 a jam jar's worth

Olive oil
4 1/2 tablespoons
Wasabi from a tube
5 to 10 cm (about 1 to 2 teaspoons)
Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
Lemon juice (optional)
1 tablespoon


1. Put all the ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Mix very well so that the wasabi doesn't remain in lumps.
3. Transfer to an empty jam jar or other container. Done!
4. The dressing will separate, so shake the jar very well before using it on salads.
