Cilantro Salad

This is a raw food dish. It's vegan and vegetarian friendly as well. It's great for people who love cilantro!!

Ingredients

Cucumber
1
Cilantro
4 bunches (about 1 bag sold in a store)
Tomato
1
A
Minced garlic
1 clove
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Lime or lemon juice
1/4 worth

Steps

1. Mix the A ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.
2. Cut the cucumber, cilantro, and tomato however you like.
3. Mix Step 1 and 2.
