Very Berry No-Bake Cheesecake Tarts

These are extravagant tarts with blueberry sauce on top of no-bake cheesecakes and plenty of blueberries.

Ingredients: 6 cm diameter tart molds x 6 / 20 cm diameter tart mold

No-Bake Cheesecake Batter:
Cream cheese
80 g
Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
Granulated sugar
40 g
40 g
Heavy cream
80 g
1.5 g
10 g
Blueberry sauce
a small amount
to taste
Whipped cream
to taste


1. Make tart crusts following Recipe ID: 1044412. Fill them with weights and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180℃. Remove the weights, and continue baking for 5 minutes.
2. Make the no-bake cheese batter: Soften the cream cheese. Dissolve the gelatin in water over a double boiler.
3. Put the cream cheese and 30g of granulated sugar in a bowl, and mix together in the double boiler.
4. When the Step 3 mixture becomes smooth, add the lemon juice, yogurt, and gelatin in that order. Mix well with each addition.
5. Add the heavy cream and 10 g of granulated sugar into a separate bowl, and whip until it's thickened.
6. Add the Step 5 cream to Step 4 in several batches, and mix. Chill the mixture for a little while.
7. Pour the no-bake cheesecake mixture from Step 6 into the tarts, top with blueberry sauce and stir it in briefly.
8. This is the blueberry sauce (specifically for yogurt) that I used this time.
9. Decorate with blueberries, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and strawberries. Put herbs on top if you want.
10. These are mini sized tart molds. I could make 9 mini tarts.

Story Behind this Recipe

When I poured blueberry jam on top of no-bake cheesecake and ate it together, it was so delicious, so I mixed them and tried making blueberry no-bake cheesecake.
