Super Quick Dish! Shio-Kombu Buttered Pork and Japanese Leek Over Rice

Stir fry all the ingredients and top on a bowl of rice. A quick dish for lunch or late night meal.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Thinly sliced pork belly
1 slice
Japanese leek
1/3〜1/2
Shio-kombu
2 pinches (about 6 g)
Butter
1 piece (about 10 g)
Cooked white rice
1 serving
Wasabi
to taste

Steps

1. Cut sliced pork belly into small pieces. Also cut Japanese leek in half lengthwise and then julienne.
2. Melt butter in a pan and stir fry the pork and Japanese leek.
3. When the pork and Japanese leeks are cooked through, add the shio-kombu and toss in the pan. Done!
4. Serve over a bowl of hot rice! Add a little wasabi to preference.
