Easy Fluffy Nori-Wrapped Hanpen Fishcakes

When I put these in my sisters bento, her friend told her it was delicious. An easy 3-minute-recipe.

Ingredients: 4 pieces

Nori seaweed
Enough to wrap around hanpen


1. Quarter the hanpen.
2. Cut enough nori seaweed to wrap around the hanpen, and wrap the quartered hanpen from Step 1.
3. Fry until toasted slightly brown. Right out of the pan, these are nice and fluffy and super tasty.
4. Great as bento space-fillers.
