Delicious and Rich Pork Miso Soup

I'm often asked for the recipe! The tip is to use gochujang and sesame oil! They enhance the flavors. Enjoy the piping hot pork miso soup!

Ingredients: 5 servings

Pork
150 g
Daikon radish
10 cm
Carrot

Shiitake mushroom

Burdock
1/2 stalk

Japanese leek

Konnyaku

Aburaage
1 sheet (optional)
■ Water
1500 ml
■ Sake
100 ml
■ Sugar
1/2 to 1 tablespoon
■ Bonito based dashi stock
1 tablespoon
■ Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
2 tablespoons~
■ Gochujang
2 teaspoons
Miso
about 130~160 g
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the pork and vegetables into bite sized pieces. Saute the pork with sesame oil in a pot. Add the vegetables except for the Japanese leek and saute.
2. Add the ■ ingredients and simmer. When the daikon radish is cooked, add the miso and simmer. Taste and adjust the flavor. Add Japanese leek at the last moment.
