Easy "Everything 50" Muffins

You can make these muffins with a simple ratio. All the ingredients are 50 g, except for the baking powder.
They are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.

Ingredients: 6 in a muffin mold

★Cake flour
50 g
★Almond flour
50 g
★Baking powder
1 teaspoon = 3 g
50 g
Raw cane sugar
50 g
50 ml
1 = 50 g
Dried fruit such as raisins
50 g


1. Sift the ★ dry ingredients.
2. Weigh the margarine, then beat until creamy in a bowl.
3. Add the sugar to the Step 2 bowl into 3 batches, and mix after each addition.
4. Add the beaten egg to the Step 3 bowl into 3 batches and mix each time.
5. Alternately add the ★ dry ingredients and milk to the Step 4 bowl into 2-3 batches and fold in each time.
6. Add dried fruit such as blueberries or raisins to your liking, and fold in.
7. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
8. Scoop the batter into the mold, and bake in the oven preheated to 180℃ for 20 minutes, and they're done.
9. The outside is crispy from the almond flour. There is plenty of dried fruit inside and it's moist. (I used currants this time.)
