Put all ingredients (A) in a frying pan, on a medium heat. When it starts to simmer, lower the heat and cook further.
When the garlic turns brown, add the mixed ingredients (B). Mix, let it cook for a bit and turn off the heat.
※When it looks like the photograph, turn off the heat immediately so it won't burn.
Pour into a sterilized bin, place the lid and keep it in the refrigerator.
Leave it for a couple of days until the ingredients blend.
You can preserve it for a month in the refrigerator.

I started cooking this when it was hard to get it in stores. So, I thought, "If you can't buy it, I might as well make it myself!" You can make it for home use or give it as a gift. As long as you have the ingredients prepared in advance, it's a quick and easy recipe!
Having it over cooked white rice is always delicious, but using it as an alternative to sesame oil will make your dish by far tastier. Since I made it once, it's been very popular, so I keep making more to give as gifts.
