Wiener Sausage and Egg Flower For Bento

I wanted to do something a little different than the usual decorations that I make, so this is a new version!

Ingredients

Wiener sausage
a few
Egg
1
Salt
a small amount
Katakuriko
a little less than 1/2 teaspoon
Water
a little less than a teaspoon

Steps

1. Cut the wiener sausages to your desired length, then make three shallow slices horizontally and vertically into one end. Brown in a skillet.
2. Mix together the egg, salt, katakuriko, water (mix the katakuriko with the water first). Make 1 sheet of usuyaki tamago.
3. Cut the fried egg sheet to the same length as the wiener sausages. Cut slices into one end to create a fringe.
4. Wrap the wieners with the egg and secure with a toothpick to finish.
