Your choice of topping, such as nuts, raisins, etc.
Melt the butter in a double boiler. Preheat the oven at the same time.
Combine the egg and sugar. Once combined, add the melted butter and mix evenly.
Sift in the dry ingredients and gently fold in the batter.
Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter, add your choice of toppings, then bake for 20 minutes at 180℃.
Here they are freshly baked, nice and plump!

I wanted to make something simple and sweet! Don't be surprised it's so easy!
The best thing about this recipe is that you don't have to mix the butter into a cream-like consistency! You'll also have hardly any washing to do afterwards. Try adding bananas, or tea leaves. For a chocolate batter, add the chocolate when melting the butter in Step 1.
