I've been preparing these sugar snap peas like this during this long break when I have been staying with my grandmother. My grandfather likes to eat these with beer but my grandmother just eats them whenever she's hungry.
I'm worried that this recipe is too short to be even called a recipe. Unlike boiling in water, the flavor doesn't leak out of these sugar snap peas when heating them in the microwave Please be careful when you take them out of the microwave as they'll be hot. The texture of these peas is much better if you remove the tough strings beforehand.
