Lightly flavored summer rolls using imitation crab sticks.
I was chosen to be a tester for a brand of crab sticks, so I tried them in these summer rolls.
Rehydrate the spring roll wrappers just before you make the rolls. If you do it in advance they'll dry out. The rehydrated wrappers stick to each other if you stack them, so dip them one at a time.
