Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil

Steps

1. Crack the egg into a bowl. Add gochujang and mayonnaise, then mix well. Cook in an oiled tamagoyaki pan (egg fryer). Slice into thirds and serve.

I'm crazy for tamagoyaki with mayonnaise. I've also been in love with the combination of gochujang and mayonnaise, and when I made tamagoyaki with them both, it was really delicious.
