Sweet and Spicy Stir-fried Konnyaku and Onion with Ginger

This dish is good for detoxing.
I used a lot of ginger in this dish, which warms you up.
Good for your lunch box too.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Konnyaku

Onion

Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
◆ Sake
2 tablespoons
◆ Sugar
1/2 tablespoon
◆ Mirin
2 tablespoons
◇ Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
◇Ginger
20 g, grated

Steps

1. Make cross pattern incisions on both sides of the konyaku and tear into bite sizes. Cook in boiling water for 1 minute and drain. Cut the onion into wedges.
2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the onion. After the onions are soft and browned, add the konyaku and fry well.
3. Add the ◆ seasonings in order and fry for 2 minutes. Add ◇ and mix until the liquid evaporates. Leave to cool and it's done.
