Matcha Milk Jelly

It's the collaboration of matcha and milk, topped with sweet adzuki paste! It's a two-layer dessert. Enjoy this treat chilled.

Ingredients

Matcha
1 tablespoon
Sugar
50g
Milk
500ml
Gelatin
10g
Red bean paste
as needed

Steps

1. Combine matcha and sugar in a bowl and mix.
2. Heat the milk. Soak the gelatin powder.
3. Heat the gelatin for 10 seconds in microwave. Mix 1 and 2, and gelatin all together.
4. Pour the liquid into a suitable mold and let it chill in the refrigerator. When set, cut into suitable sizes, and serve in a plate. Add red bean paste, and it's done.
