Ready to Cook in 1 Minute! French Toast

Microwave the French toast for a minute before cooking, and it'll absorb the egg mixture really well! Quick and easy to make.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sliced bread (from a 6-slice loaf, about 1.5~2cm thick)
2 slices
150 ml
1~1.5 tablespoons
●Vanilla Extract (optional)
a small amount
Butter (for cooking)
as needed


1. Cut the bread as you like.
2. In a microwave-safe plate or shallow bowl (large enough to put in the bread slices without overlapping), combine the ● ingredients.
3. Dip the bread slices in the mixture on both sides.
4. Microwave without covering for 30 seconds at 500W. Flip the bread slices over and microwave for another 30 seconds.
5. Melt the butter in a heated pan. Toast the bread slices over low to medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
